On Tuesday morning (12/22) the alarm sounded in the Fire Service when at 9:35 a.m. explosion which occurred in an apartment on Liosion Street, resulting in the injury of two people.
According to the Fire Department, two vehicles with six firefighters arrived at the department located at number 147, as well as an ambulance that received the old woman and her daughter.
The fire in the house was caused by the same information from a gas cylinder explosion while the women have been slightly injured.
The exact causes of the explosion are being investigated by the Fire Department’s Investigations Department.
A witness told newsbeast.gr that he heard a loud noise and saw all the glass in the garage located under the apartment falling even on him. As the old woman at home added, she came out obviously surprised.
