According to the EODY announcement, 916 new cases of the coronavirus were registered on Friday while 96 died in the country in the last 24 hours.
The cases in Attica are divided as follows, during the daily epidemiological report:
– 27 in eastern Attica
– 48 in the northern sector of Athens
– 47 in West Attica
– 32 in the western sector of Athens
– 51 in the Central Sector of Athens
– 22 in the southern sector of Athens
– 18 in physical education Piraeus
The distribution of cases
– 245 cases were identified in PE Attica
– 186 cases were identified in PE Thessaloniki
– 37 cases were identified in PE Kozani
– 46 cases were identified in PE Magnesia
Previously, EODY announced 916 new cases of the new virus in the country, of which 8 were detected after checks at the country’s entry gates. The total number of cases is 129,584, of which 52.5% are men. 5,178 (4.0%) are considered related to trips from abroad and 37,630 (29.0%) are related to a known case. In addition, 527 patients are treated by intubation. Their average age is 67 years. 160 (30.4%) are women and the rest are men. 77.6% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are 70 years or older. At the same time, 797 patients have been discharged from the ICU. Finally, 96 more deaths have been registered and a total of 4,044 have died in the country. 1,631 (40.3%) are women and the rest are men. The mean age of our deceased fellow citizens was 79 years and 95.6% had an underlying disease and / or were 70 years or older.
