The son of the owner and former reality player and his co-defendant were released after imposing restrictive conditions following their apologies for the crime of causing serious bodily injury.
The two men, who are accused of the bloody attack with a victim of a man of Albanian origin in a garage in Peristeri, they claimed they had nothing to do with the incident.
In fact, the shipowner’s son allegedly claimed he was at the shipyard because he wanted to exchange his vehicle for another, when referring to the testimony of the injured himself, who did not identify the two defendants as the perpetrators of the attack.
The two defendants were released under the restrictive conditions of being prohibited from leaving the country and appearing before the police twice a month. In addition, a bond of 10,000 euros was set for the shipowner’s son and 5,000 euros for the other defendant.
