With today’s announcement, the National Medicines Agency (EOF) announces its decision to withdraw a known antibiotic from the market.
According to the relevant EOF announcement, the revocation was decided “Due to poor results in infertility tests performed”.
The revocation refers some lots of the antibiotic ZERBAXA® PD.C.SO.IN (1 + 0.5) G / VIAL., which is presented in the form of injectable powder, for dissolution and intravenous infusion.
