A helicopter with six passengers crashed in the French Alps on Tuesday night.

The helicopter crashed at an altitude of 1,800 meters, local authorities said. This was done by four Service Aérien Francais employees and two rescuers.

The authorities, according to the first information, were informed by the helicopter pilot, who activated the ejection seat. A 40-member rescue team was deployed to search for the six passengers, as well as three helicopters.

However, the dense fog prevented the helicopters from approaching the crash site. “A doctor and a rescue team arrived in the area at 8:20 p.m.” There was contact with one of the occupants of the helicopter, “said the announcement from local authorities, without specifying whether the person in question was the pilot who notified to the authorities.
