In detail, based on the ministerial decision, it is determined:
1) for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus detection test using the real-time molecular control method – PCR, a) as a service charge limit ()sample analysis etc.), the amount of 40 euros and b) as maximum price sample charge in private diagnostic laboratories and private clinics, the number of 20 euros. Total 60 euros.
2) For SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigen detection test by rapid test method, a) as service charge limit (analysis, etc.) in private diagnostic laboratories, private clinics and any other point of sale 10 euros and b) as maximum price sample charge, in private diagnostic laboratories and private clinics the amount of 10 euros.
The maximum limit does not apply to sampling if it is carried out outside diagnostic centers or clinics.
In addition, companies that offer the above services and goods must publish in a price list visible to the public and on their websites, a price list with the maximum prices provided above.
In case of roof non-compliance, an administrative is required a fine of 5,000 euros.
