At least 12 cases of coronavirus have reportedly been detected in a private clinic in Kozani, following molecular tests carried out by the hospital’s management in recent days.
According to ERT, a patient tested positive for the virus last week. Subsequently, 10 out of 200 patients treated at the clinic and two out of 130 employees were diagnosed with covid-19.
The follow-up of the contacts continues, in the last 48 hours more than 200 molecular tests have been carried out, while tomorrow Tuesday, an EODY mobile unit will come to the clinic to perform new tests on employees and patients.
At the clinic since the first moment of the pandemic, according to the hospital’s management, “all EODY instructions and protocols are applied, while the measures of last February are strictly complied with.”
