Criteria
The subsidy, regardless of fuel, is entitled to:
a) Single taxpayers who in the previous year (2019) had a total annual income of up to 12,000 euros and on January 1, 2020, they owned urban real estate (buildings and plots within the city plan) with a total target value of up to 100,000 euros.
b) Married taxpayers, as well as taxpayers who are party to coexistence agreements that in 2019 had a total annual family income of up to 20,000 euros and on urban property owned 1-1-2020 with a target value of up to 200,000 euros. The income limit of 20,000 euros will be increased by 2,000 euros for each dependent child.
