Specifically for the public sector:
- Operation with the necessary personnel to provide the service or comply with the project in accordance with the relevant provisions.
- Mandatory protection of employees belonging to high-risk groups through the granting of a special leave and teleworking, when possible.
- Mandatory teleworking as far as possible, if consistent with the nature of the duties, in addition to employees belonging to a high-risk group.
- Service to the public only in urgent cases and mandatory by appointment.
- Maintaining a distance of one and a half meters (1.5).
- Meetings by videoconference of collective bodies. In the functioning of the collective bodies that carry out procedures in which an interview is offered, it is carried out by electronic means without the physical presence of the interviewee. In this case, the collegiate body establishes the terms and conditions necessary to ensure the credibility of the process regarding the identity of the caller and his / her non-attendance due to external factors.
- Carrying out work meetings keeping a distance of one and a half meters (1.5) and with the participation of up to seven (7) people.
The private sector is made up of:
Operation with the necessary personnel to provide the service or comply with the project in accordance with the relevant provisions.
Mandatory protection of employees belonging to high-risk groups through the granting of special permits and teleworking, when possible.
Mandatory teleworking as far as possible, provided that it is consistent with the nature of the tasks, regardless of whether it is a vulnerable or high-risk group.
Public service only in emergencies and by appointment.
Maintaining a distance of one and a half meters (1.5).
Holding work meetings at a distance of one and a half meters (1.5) and with the participation of up to seven (7) people.
With regard to the retail trade, all businesses remain suspended except tobacco and haberdashery stores, which are open until 8.30 pm. At the same time, the kiosks can operate for twenty-four (24) hours.
Also allowed:
- the retail business operation with main activity code number (KAD) on December 4, 2020 purely seasonal Christmas items, as follows: a) Retail of lighting fixtures of the types used in Christmas trees / KAD 47.59.56.16, b) imitations of Christmas trees / KAD 47.65.67.02, c) retail sale of festive items in general / KAD 47.65.67.06, d) retail sale of festive, carnival items and other items entertainment, etc. / KAD 47.65.67.07.
- It is prohibited for companies that have the previous KAD as a secondary to sell these products.
The following applies to transportation:
The numerical / quantitative restrictions on travel refer to the place / point of departure or internal movement.
- For air transport, the rules of Annex IV will be applied, which will form an integral part thereof.
- Operation of public transport on a limited frequency ensuring adequate traffic, especially during employee working hours, and in any case with a maximum occupancy of 65% [λεωφορεία δημόσιας χρήσης (λεωφορεία αστικών και υπεραστικών ΚΤΕΛ ή ΚΤΕΛ ΑΕ, λεωφορεία μεμονωμένων αυτοκινητιστών άγονων γραμμών, τουριστικά λεωφορεία και ειδικά τουριστικά λεωφορεία περιήγησης πόλεων ανοικτού ή κλειστού τύπου), λεωφορεία ιδιωτικής χρήσης, καθώς και λεωφορεία δημοτικής συγκοινωνίας, λεωφορεία αρμοδιότητας ΟΑΣΑ ΑΕ και ΟΑΣΘ ΑΕ, μέσα σταθερής τροχιάς αρμοδιότητας ΣΤΑΣΥ ΑΕ, αναβατήρες (τελεφερίκ), όπως επίσης σιδηρόδρομος].
- Up to one (1) passenger in addition to the driver in passenger vehicles for public use (EDX TAXI, Special Lease) and passengers for private use (EIX) vehicles as well as in EIX vehicles with driver of law 4093/2012 (A ‘222) . It is allowed to exceed the passenger limit only if the vehicle is driven by a) minor children, whose stay at home is impossible under the supervision of an adult or b) a person who needs help from a second passenger to move.
- Up to two (2) more people than the driver in double cabins, mixed-use and BAN-type vehicles that circulate according to no. 61512/2900 / 11.12.2002 decision of the Minister of Transport and Communications (Β ‘1548). It is allowed to exceed the occupant limit only if the vehicle carries minor children, whose stay at home under the supervision of an adult is impossible.
- Students who are served by taxi in non-urban areas, for their transfer to school, can travel up to four (4) people, upon presentation of a corresponding certificate from the school director. The possibility of the previous paragraph is provided, by presenting the corresponding certificate, for the cases of teachers in non-urban areas, who are attended either by taxi or in the vehicle of one of the teachers.
- Exemption from the obligation to wear a mask in EIX when only the driver, spouses / partners and first and second degree relatives are on board.
- Completeness in ships 50% or 55% if they have cabins (compliance with the measures for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 cases in passenger ferries and passenger vehicles that carry out maritime cabotage, which are published on the website of the Ministry of Navigation and Maritime Affairs: //www.ynanp.gr/el/).
- The operation of passenger service vehicles used to transport personnel to and from work is allowed only with the presentation of the employer’s certificate and the corresponding movement card, from which the vehicle route is derived, and provided that the coverage does not exceed fifty percent. one hundred (50%) of the available passenger seats.
- If a passenger does not wear a mask, they are not allowed to enter the means of transport.
