The battle against the coronavirus was lost, at age 62, by businessman Christos Tsiolias, founder of the clothing company “Oxford Company”.

The news of his death was known with the announcement of the administration of the Association of Textiles – Garment Confection of Greece (SEPEE), which expresses its pain and condolences to the family of the businessman, who was vice president of the organization.

For its part, the company’s management points out that the loss of Christos Tsolias “leaves a great void unfilled both in his professional and personal circles. Christos Tsiolias was a follower, guide and friend in his professional and personal life, for everyone ”.

The Oxford Company, founded in 1991, took its name from the world famous “Oxford” fabric, which inspired the owners, due to its special weave and texture, as noted on their website. He took his first steps in Volos, while today he has almost 50 stores throughout the country and in 2011 he took over the franchise and representation of the Italian footwear brand GEOX.

Its headquarters and headquarters are at Dimosthenous Street in Menemeni, Thessaloniki, while it also has facilities in Athens.
