Starting Dec. 1, the number of people allowed to meet is also expected to drop to five, but gatherings of up to 10 people will be allowed over Christmas and New Years, according to a draft agreement between the states.
The state’s prime ministers will also consider reducing the number of students in schools by setting different class times, as well as the ability to book early for the Christmas break.
