For the moment of relaxation of the restrictions, he stressed that first the situation in the Health System must be improved and then one must start talking about lifting, the which in any case will be gradual, starting with schools.
Regarding the possibility of a third wave or rolling blockage, he said that in order not to close again, the three basic rules must be applied correctly: proper use of mask, distancing, hand hygiene.
