According to EODY data, the virus entered from employees who were positive in preventive tests and it is characteristic that until October 30 the EODY tests showed that all were negative. The cases appeared at the beginning of November in two employees, when the quarantine process was followed in the departments where they work and compliance with all the instructions and the EODY and Civil Protection protocol.
Gradually, all employees and caregivers were evaluated, resulting in dozens of cases, about 60 in total in caregivers and several in employees. Most are asymptomatic and only ten required hospitalization. Asymptomatic patients are completing their quarantine these days, without consequences and their negativity has begun, while of the ten patients, the first was discharged today.
On Friday the quarantine cycle of the third group of positive cases is completed. The other two groups have completed the quarantine cycle and are now negative. Because the institution is closely monitored and the strictest standards are applied, with strict implementation of protection, hygiene and safety measures, positive cases were immediately identified in preventive controls carried out in collaboration with EODY, isolations were carried out in specially designed areas, which had provided administration, with the measures provided for in the protocol and global management, which in the case of a closed institution, with such serious cases of patients, is extremely difficult. Very strict measures are reverently followed from the first moment of the pandemic, but the virus is everywhere.
