40-year-old man who had been convicted of participating in the Revolutionary Struggle arrested

The detainees were brought before the higher court today, after the criminal proceedings against them Polytechnic. Previously, the Prosecutor’s Office had prosecuted them for minor crimes.

The Prosecutor’s Office prosecuted three more people arrested for violating the restrictive measures for the coronavirus, trying to cause dangerous bodily harm, trying to release a detainee, interruption of service (of the police department). Later, the defendants were taken to the Autóforo Minor Misdemeanor Court of Three Members, but this trial was also postponed so that the police could come to testify.

When they arrived at the courts of the old Evelpidon school, the detainees were greeted with applause and slogans from their family and friends, who were waiting for them in front of the Prosecutor’s Office building.
