Detailed instructions from the Ministry of Labor on how employers and employees will declare the November suspensions.
Open the information system “Ergani” recently, today Sunday, November 15 in the afternoon, the declarations of suspension of labor contracts for the month of November for the allocation of 800 euros. Employers of closed and affected companies can file declarations of suspension of employment contracts of their employees:
- until November 24 the entrepreneurs of closed companies and
- until December 7 the entrepreneurs of the affected companies.
The Labor Department has issued detailed instructions for completing the November suspension statements that will follow the dates of the local or national closures.
Given the fact that There are different starting dates for the imposition of exceptional restrictive measures:
- By epidemiological level, or
- by regional unit, or
- throughout the territory during the month of November,
employers ‘companies by submitting suspensions of their employees’ employment contracts you should consider the following table:
*For the KAD 85.10 and 88.91 the system will open on 11/16/2020.

2) KAD 85.10 closes with a public authority order on 11/16/2020.
3) KAD 85.20 is affected, with a start date of 11/16/2020.
It is noted that more case-by-case and closed declarations can be made, so that the regional units and the start dates of each case coincide.
In addition, for each employee, in two or more employers, the special purpose compensation they will receive is calculated taking into account the total of their suspension days (any common period of suspension days is counted once and is not added together) and the Reference amount is the amount of 800 euros corresponding to 30 days.

The regional units of Etoloakarnania, Andros, Argolida, Arcadia, Arta, Achaia, Grevena, Evia, Evritania, Zakynthos, Ilia, Heraklion, Thassos, Thesprotia, Ithaca, Ikaria, Kalypar, Kalympas, Kalympas, Kalymnos, Corinth, Kos, Laconia Lassithi, Lesbos, Lefkada, Lemnos, Messinia, Milos, Mykonos, Attic Islands (excluding Salamina Municipality), Paros, Preveza, Rethymno, Rhodes, Samos, Sporades, Flios, Syros, Firos, Syros Fokida, Chania, Chios, as well as the municipality of Amorgos are included in the epidemiological surveillance level.

The Regional Units of East Attica, Boeotia, Northern Sector of Athens, Drama, Western Attica, Western Sector of Athens, Evros, Imathia, Thessaloniki, Thira, Ioannina, Kavala, Kastoria, Central Sector of Athens, Kilkis, Kilkis, Kilkis, Kilkis of the municipality of Amorgos), the southern sector of Athens, Xanthi, Piraeus, Pella, Pieria, Rodopi, Serres, Trikala, Halkidiki, as well as the municipality of Salamina are included in the epidemiological level of highest risk.
