Our country has been in confinement for 8 days, however, the Athenians found the opportunity to take a walk in the sun on the beach!
With all the masks on and at the same time keeping safe distances, Athenians enjoyed the sun, at a time when it is quite stressful for everyone.
Unfortunately, in some cases there were also … rebellious people, who despite wearing masks, did not hesitate to meet.
Of course, the police were present every tens of meters, carrying out checks on the necessary travel documents (written forms or SMS) and then complying with the measures imposed to combat the spread of the coronavirus.
Many more daring decided to swim in the sea, however, even in this case the towels had the recommended distance of 1.5 meters.

As of Saturday morning (7/11) at 6:00, the completion of the forms for the movement of citizens is again necessary due to the second closure.
Citizens must have the necessary documents with them or otherwise have sent the SMS to 13033, for their necessary trip.
The certificates are divided into type A and type B. and they involve a different movement each.
The types of certificates
As mentioned in forma.gov.gr, from where you can “download” and print all the necessary and useful documents, the certificates are divided as follows:
For travel to and from work during working hours, the movement certificate is permanent (type A) and is provided, under the personal responsibility of the signatory, by the employer or, in the case of a legal person, by their representative legal or, in the case of a self-employed person. or autonomous, by itself.
For all other movements, the circulation certificate refers to each individual movement and only that one (type B), is signed by the person concerned at their own risk and contains the name, date of birth, address of residence and time of the citizen’s movement. as well as the specific reason for the move

For individual trips (type B), you have 3 options: SMS, completed and printed certificate of movement form or handwritten certificate of movement.
Every time citizens travel, they must carry their ID or passport, as well as a completed circulation certificate (printed or handwritten) or the confirmation SMS, to be able to present it in the case of a check.
1. Send SMS
You can send an SMS from your mobile to the number 13033 for free.
The SMS must be in the form of:

where X is the output relation with the number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 corresponding to the following ratios:
- Go to a pharmacy or visit a doctor, if recommended after contact.
- Go to an operational store for basic necessities (supermarket, mini-market), where it is not possible to send them.
- Go to the bank, to the extent that electronic transaction is not possible.
- Moving around to help people in need or to accompany minor students to school
- Attend a funeral under the conditions provided by law or go to divorced parents or those who are in a dimension that is necessary to ensure communication between parents and children, in accordance with current provisions.
- Physical exercise in the open air or movement with a pet, individually or as a couple, observing in the latter case the necessary distance of 1.5 meters.

The service is available from mobile phones with a SIM card from mobile phone providers operating in Greece (Cosmote, Vodafone GR, Wind). To use the 13033 service, citizens with a device that has a SIM network card abroad can obtain a prepaid connection at the providers’ points of sale. It is recalled that the use of the service 13033 is free.
The messages of 13033 refer exclusively to the confirmation of exceptional trips. 13033 does not send messages that refer to the installation of the software or a website other than forma.gov.gr.
What codes are valid after 9pm?
However, after 9:00 p.m., not all codes are valid. In particular, only since last Friday “Absolutely necessary» movements, that is, for health reasons, work or to walk a pet nearby:
- By number 1 en 13033: Citizens can leave their homes due to serious health problems
- By number 6 en 13033: Citizens can leave their homes for a short walk with their pets.
It should be noted that during the specific time period, the employee’s certificate is still required in case of movement for work reasons.
