The EL.AS Leader’s decision was issued. Ban marches by the Polytechnic, due to the current measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
The ad says:
“Due to the urgent need to address a serious risk to public health and in the context of emergency measures to combat the spread of the coronavirus COVID -19, by decision of the Greek police chief, they are prohibited throughout the territory, all outdoor public gatherings, in which 4 or more people, from 6:00 a.m. on November 15 to 9:00 p.m. on November 18, 2020.
For offenders, subject to the application of other sanctions derived from current legislation, the following sanctions are provided:
Administrative fine of 5,000 euros for legal persons and 3,000 euros for individuals who organize public gatherings in the open air and an administrative fine of 300 euros for people who violate the prohibition for participating in public gatherings in the open air.
