On November 15, the ERGANI system platform opens for the submission of employee applications that will be suspended in November.
Payments for special allowances of 587 to 800 euros will be made gradually from November 27 to the end of December.
the companies affected under KAD will present declarations responsible for the suspension of employment contracts of its employees from 11/15/2020 to 12/7/2020. During this period, the correct repetition of responsible statements will be allowed. Respectively, employees will file responsible statements in the same previous period, that is, from 11/15/2020 to 12/7/2020 in cases where their employment contracts are suspended for the first time, regardless of the employer.
Employees are divided into 4 speeds in terms of the amount of compensation based on the days they will be suspended. Specifically:
- Employees in specific regional units, p. Eg in Thessaloniki – whose contract has been suspended, since they work in companies that were closed by state order under KAD since November 3, before the announcement of the generalized measures for the entire territory.
- Their contracts are suspended for 28 days, from November 3 to 30 Employees whose contract is suspended as of Saturday, November 7, as part of the generalized measures for the entire territory.
- Their contracts are suspended for 24 days, from November 7 to 30. Employees whose contract is to be suspended on another date, for example Monday, November 9.
- Employees whose employment contract is suspended partially or for the entire month in companies that remain open but are classified as affected for the month of November and based on the generalized list of KAD of April 2020.
Special purpose compensation payments for the aforementioned employees will be made gradually at the end of the month.
