Tighten the lock: Plan B with five “cutters” (list)

The government is considering the possibility of including a “cutter” in the sms sent by citizens to 13033. According to information, which was confirmed today by the government representative, if there is no reduction in cases in the coming days, plan b will be implemented , which includes, among others:

-Specific number of sms per 24 hours

-Traffic restriction for case 6 within the municipality of residence

-Restriction of the six traffic reasons.

-Document only “ERGANI” for business trips.

– Traffic ban after 9pm.

Denials

It is recalled that yesterday the political leadership of the Ministry of Digital Government denied the Secretary General of Commerce and Consumer Protection, Panagiotis Stampoulidis that the routes by SMS are not unlimited and that if the system finds many movements in this area, it will stop us!

“First, there is no cutter and, second, we do not look and we do not look at this data,” Kyriakos Pierrakakis said, referring to the General Secretariat for Civil Protection as to whether there are thoughts of a ceiling in the SMS at 13033.

Along the same lines, and the Vice Minister of Digital Government, Grigoris Zarifopoulos: “There is no” cutter “issue in the SMS messages to 13033 that every citizen sends,” he characteristically affirmed.

The six reasons provided today for SMS to 13033 are:

Go to a pharmacy or visit a doctor, if recommended after contact.

Go to an operational store for basic necessities (supermarket, mini-market), where it is not possible to send them.

Go to the bank, to the extent that electronic transaction is not possible.

Move around to help people in need or to accompany minor students to / from school.

Attend a funeral under the conditions provided by law or go to divorced parents or those who are in a dimension that is necessary to ensure communication between parents and children, in accordance with current provisions.

Physical exercise in the open air or movement with a pet, individually or as a couple, observing in the latter case the necessary distance of 1.5 meters.

Go to work

To go to and from work (type A certificate) or during work, if necessary, the certificate is made through the ERGANI Information System or by filling in the form “Employee Transit Certificate” that is signed by the employer or in the case of a legal person by their legal representative or in case of self-employed or self-employed. The PS ERGANI certificate is valid for 14 days, while the “Employee Traffic Certificate” form is valid.

For all other trips, the certificate of circulation refers to each individual movement and only that (type B), is signed by the interested party with their personal responsibility and contains the name, date of birth, address and time of movement of the citizen, as well as the specific reason for the movement

Every time citizens travel, they must carry their ID or passport, as well as a completed circulation certificate (printed or handwritten) or the confirmation SMS, to be able to show it in case of a check.

How the Employee Certificate (Certificate Type A) is Issued

To get to and from work, the certificate is made through the ERGANI Information System or by filling in the “Employee Transit Certificate” form that is signed by the employer.

For a permanent certificate of movement (Type A) to and from work, the following form is required:

Employee traffic certificate through PS ERGANI

For a circulation certificate that is valid from the date of issue and for 14 days from and to work for employees, it is required to complete the corresponding certificate through PS ERGANI.

The intersection of the employee’s data is made according to the data stored in PS ERGANI of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. In case of reporting false information, an administrative fine of 300 euros is imposed on the worker and 500 euros on the employer.

Marketing authorization certificate for freelancers – El. Professional and artisan through PS ERGANI

For a permanent certificate of movement to and from work for the self-employed – self-employed and entrepreneurs, it is required to complete the corresponding certificate through PS ERGANI or the form “Employee Traffic Certificate”

6. Physical exercise in the open air or movement with a pet, individually or in groups of three, observing in the latter case the necessary distance of 1.5 meters.

The service is available from mobile phones with a SIM card from mobile phone providers operating in Greece (Cosmote, Vodafone GR, Wind). To use the 13033 service, citizens with a device that has a SIM network card abroad can obtain a prepaid connection at the providers’ points of sale. It is recalled that the use of the service 13033 is free.

The messages of 13033 refer exclusively to the confirmation of exceptional trips. 13033 does not send messages that refer to the installation of the software or a website other than forma.gov.gr
