The causes of the collision of the Greek-owned oil tanker “EFESOS” with a Turkish fishing vessel, 37 nautical miles from the Turkish city of Mersin, remain unclear so far, which resulted, according to early information, in the disappearance of four passengers of the fishing boat.
The Greek tanker was carrying 27 crew members, including thirteen Greeks, while the fishing boat, which has capsized as shown in the images below, the exact number of passengers has not been identified, as of yet.

According to a report by CNNTurk, 4 Turkish fishermen were taken out dead after the collision.
