Egypt’s president realizes two day visit to Athens, November 11 and 12, at the invitation of the President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
This is first visit of senior Egyptian official in Athens after signing of the Greece-Egypt agreement on the delimitation of the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) between the two states, signed in Cairo last August between the Greek Foreign Minister, Nikos Dendias, and its Egyptian counterpart, Sameh sukri.
Tomorrow morning will lay a wreath at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier and then he will go to the Presidential Palace to meet Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
At noon on Wednesday, the Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, will receive Mr. Al Sisi at the Palace of the Maxims, while in the evening the President of the Republic will offer a formal dinner in honor of her Egyptian counterpart.
