The judges, however, have already dismissed his appeals in the states of Georgia, Michigan and Nevada.

But if we assume that Trump manages to win these trials even in three states, then the result, in theory, can be reversed and go to scenario 269-269. If we repeat something like this, then the presidential election has other procedures. The representatives of the States in Parliament then decide the next president. There, however, each state has one vote regardless of the number of deputies it sends to Congress. In other words, in this case the magic number is 26 and of course, since it is a State and a vote, it does not matter which party has the majority in this House. Democrats can control the House, but Republicans can control more states, even with one MP.. If there is also a tie, the president is elected by a simple majority in a Senate vote.
One understands why the above scenario is not science fiction … It’s also worth noting that 76 million Americans voted for Biden, 78, as a solution of necessity, giving Biden a vote of dissatisfaction and not a vote of confidence. In contrast, Donald Trump appears to have targeted 71 million voters who cast him a tough vote of confidence.
