It pays tribute to the victims and the fighters for independence and notes that the future must be designed to avoid the mistakes of the past.

Information on the joint statement, which was allegedly signed by Azerbaijani President Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Pasinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin, states that definitive ceasefire and ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh agreed at midnight tonight (Moscow time).
Under the agreement, Armenia is withdrawing its military forces and returning the disputed territories to Azerbaijan, while Russia is committed to maintaining a military force that will guarantee peace in the region.
