Philadelphia police said they received security at the Fashion District Mall two calls by the same person saying that a bomb is about to explode.
The mall adjacent to the Convention Center was evacuated, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported, and train services in the area were stopped.

The local police were informed of a Hummer with armed occupants, which began in Virginia, with a plan to attack the convention center where vote counting takes place in Tuesday’s election, a police spokesman said.
Police arrested at least one man and confiscated a weapon, as did the Hummer that had been previously reported. There were no injuries and the police did not elaborate on the alleged conspiracy.
