What will apply to travel
From 5:00 in the morning to 9:00 in the afternoon, citizens will be able to travel with a previous (free) SMS to 13033, as was done in the first phase of the pandemic.
It is noted that travel to and from work during working hours or during work, if necessary, will be carried out exclusively with the corresponding type A certificate from the employer. SMS is not needed.
According to the JMC that applies to Thessaloniki, during the period from 5:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night, travel will be allowed only for the following reasons:

- Physical exercise in the open air or movement with a pet, individually or in pairs of two (2) people, provided that in the latter case the necessary distance of one and a half meters (1.5) is observed. Government sources: Alarm signal due to exponential increase in cases
Earlier today, government sources spoke of an alarm over the exponential increase in new cases of coronavirus.
Specifically, they reported: “In recent days, despite the measures, there has been an exponential increase in cases throughout the country. This is a red flag because there will be more pressure on the health system. Therefore, as in the previous phase, the necessary measures must be taken to stop the pandemic.
