The government decided to make five important changes to the measure of the “Refundable Advance”, in order to include more beneficiaries of this financial aid. business and more autonomous.
Specifically, the amount of financing that will be provided with the 4th cycle of execution of the measure is increased by 300 million euros, from 600 to 900 million euros and a 5th cycle is planned in December with an additional budget of 700 millions of euros.
Also in beneficiaries It will include sole proprietors and freelancers who do not employ employees or use cash registers, as well as companies and freelancers that began operating in March 2020 onwards.
It is also expected that 50% of the money that will be delivered will not be reimbursed by the beneficiaries, that is, it will be in the form of a grant, and only the remaining 50% will be in the form of a loan and even without interest.
The “Refundable Advance 4” will be granted, improved, in November, based on the fall in billing for the period September – October, while an additional “Refundable Advance 5” will be granted in December, based on the fall in billing in November.
