From 06:00 in the morning on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 and for one month, the new government plan comes into force, based on which the territory is now divided into two zones instead of four:
a) Surveillance zone and
b) Higher risk

The following measures apply in the high risk area
- The operation of all dining rooms is suspended, except for the delivery of food at home and the store receipt.
- The same will apply to entertainment, culture and sports: bars, cafes, cinemas, museums and theaters, as well as indoor gyms.
- However, unlike in the spring, travel outside the prefecture is not prohibited.
- The operation of industry, retail and schools is maintained throughout the country.
- Services such as hotels and hairdressers remain open.
- Compared to the first phase, now the traffic is free, without the need to send SMS messages.

What areas are in the high risk zone
As shown in the coronavirus map, in the old orange and red areas are:
- the entire region of East Macedonia – Thrace
- the entire region of Central Macedonia
- the Attica region
- Boeotia
- Trikala
- Larissa
- Ioannina
- Kastoria
- Kozani
- Naxos
- the Little Cyclades
- Amorgos
- Folegandros
- Thira
- the Ios
- Anafi
- Sikinos
- Folegandros
What will apply to the areas included in the Surveillance Zone
According to the Prime Minister, in another zone, the Surveillance Zone, where strict measures will not apply to all prefectures that until now had relatively few cases, that is, those that until today are in “Green“Y”yellow».
Known measures will be applied there, some of which are being expanded. And they are:
- Wear a mask everywhere, indoors and outdoors.
- Traffic restriction from 12:00 in the afternoon to 5:00 in the morning.
- 50% telework application in the public and private sectors.
- And complete distance training in universities.
- Meetings are prohibited. Social distancing and personal hygiene measures are applied.
