Extraordinary weather report issued by EMY, warning of the change from Tuesday night and from the west – southwest.
Particularly, bad weather will prevail on Wednesday, October 28 in most of the country with rains and storms in strong places to be accompanied by hailstorms and strong winds.
More detail will be affected:
1. From late at night Tuesday the Ionian, mainly the islands of the central and southern Ionian and probably the southern parts of the Peloponnese.
2. From its first hours Wednesday the Peloponnese, Crete, gradually Central Greece (including Attica) and Evia. From noon Thessaly, the Sporades, southern Epirus and the Cyclades. From the afternoon the Dodecanese and the islands of the Northeast Aegean. From the evening hours, Central and Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.
Gradual weakening of the phenomena is expected, from Wednesday afternoon in the Ionian Islands and the continental west, from the early hours of Thursday in the central and southern continents and Crete and from Thursday afternoon in the other areas.
Temperatures slightly below zero but also … above 20 today
An impressively wide range of minimum temperatures in our country occurred early this morning, with its temperature northwest to locate marginally below zero, while at the same time in the south temperatures above 20 degrees were recorded.
THE lowest minimum temperature was recorded in Vlasti, Kozani and Vovousa, Ioannina with minus 0.3 points, while higher in Kastellorizo with 22.3 degrees Celsius, according to the network of automatic meteorological stations of the National Observatory of Athens / Meteo.gr.
