Catapult for the status of your leader North Korean Kim Jong Un are the testimonials 15 men and women who lived their nightmare on their own skin torture, rape and degrading treatment in detention centers from the country.
The 15 witnesses experienced the horror of the period after 2011, when the country was taken over by Kim jong un, is the phrase used as the title in the Human Rights Watch report [HRW]:

the former prisoners describe in the report how they were forced to sit sometimes in their cell, sometimes standing and sometimes kneeling or cross-legged for up to 16 consecutive hours.

One of the most horrible tortures was violation: Kim Sun-jong, who escaped from hell five years ago, testified that she was raped by her investigator while a police officer sexually assaulted her.
The report also includes testimonies from guards describing the torture “Particularly difficult” in the early stages of booking.
“The regulation stated that there should be no beatings, but we needed confessions during the interrogation and the early stages of the investigation.” So we had to beat them to get confessions from them, “a former police officer confessed cynically.
The HRW report describes in detail how the detainees lived on top of each other in unsanitary cells without being given food the clothing.
“The only way to compensate for the lack of food was for the guards to bribe the guards,” Phil Robertson, HRW’s deputy director for Asia, told reporters.
