Health authorities have been put on alert after the detection of coronavirus cases in a nursing home in Glyfada.
According to information from zougla.gr, the “Megalohari” nursing home was evacuated and elderly patients were transported by EKAB ambulances to Attica hospital.
A total of 508 new cases of coronavirus in our country were announced on Friday, October 16 by the National Public Health Organization (EODY), of which 64 are associated with known outbreaks and 12 were detected at the doors.
At the same time, 81 of our fellow citizens are in the ICU, while in the last 24 hours there have been 8 new deaths. At the same time, Attica records 227 new cases of Covid-19 infections, while Thessaloniki reached 63 new cases in the last 24 hours.
