Turkey fired a missile in an area in the Black Sea where it was going to test Russian S-400s, Reuters reported, noting that it also had video.

However, the Turkish side has rejected the calls from the United States, thus it has been excluded from the American development program of fifth-generation F-35 fighter jets.
