In the Single Member Autophore Misdemeanor Court Thessaloniki referred for trial 40-year-old city bus driver, accused of sexual harassment of a 16-year-old passenger urban bus. He was prosecuted for insulting sexual dignity.

As reported by GRTimes.gr, the incident happened yesterday, on the road Thessaloniki at noon, with the 16-year-old passenger at number 88.

The girl reported to the police that when the vehicle was emptied of people, at a stop the driver got up from his seat, with the zipper of his pants open.

According to information, it was justified by saying that the demonstration took place by mistake and he apologized.

The prosecutor for the criminal prosecution referred him to be tried at the Autofronic Uninominal Juvenile Crimes Court, from which he was postponed and released.
