“For those who betrayed me with knives, I want you to know that little by little, do not cry,” sang Pavlos Fyssas.
The 34-year-old artist expressed his pain for the ugliness of the world through his lyrics, through his music. He was born and raised in Perama.
He hated fascism, understood it and crushed it. Those who know him speak of “lad” with the courage of his opinion, I clearly believe that he never betrayed them, until the end.
An ending that marked a battle against a criminal organization that sowed terror for years.
His father worked in the Perama Naval Repair and Construction Zone. After school, Fyssas also worked on similar jobs from 1998 to 2003 and belonged to the Metal Syndicate, while later becoming more actively involved in music.
From the age of 18 he met members of Freestyle Productions, a low bap music production company based in Perama.
His stage name, Killah P, meant, according to him, “Killah Past – Killer of the Past” and he took it when he left Freestyle Productions, never losing contact with Low Bap circles until his murder.
Pavlos Fyssas was assassinated on September 18, 2013 in Keratsini by the fascist George Roupakias, a member of the Golden Dawn.
