Discount package for domestic customers, businesses and vulnerable consumers, as well as new customer care services announced by its president and CEO PPC George Stassis speaking tonight at the PPC new corporate identity launch event.
“Following our encouraging financial results, today we are able to announce another new package of relief measures for our clients, who are under pressure on their revenues due to the pandemic,” said Mr. Stassis.
Specifically, from October 1 to December 31, the following applies:
- Fixed free for all
- 8% discount for vulnerable customers
- 8% discount for domestic customers and businesses with consumption above 2,000 KWh
- Double the discount for electronic invoice customers who receive an electronic account, from 5 to 10 euros
Mr. Stassis also announced that our customers’ phone service will now be free at a new number 800-900-1000.
Further, 24 PPC stores across the country are open from today with extended hours until 8 pm, while in a total of 74 stores, the service can be done by appointment, without waiting.
The director of the company stated:
“If a year ago someone said that today there would be a series of transactions from the call center or via chat, most people would be skeptical. They would be equally skeptical if we told them that many stores would open in the afternoon and many transactions would be done by appointment. And yet we put them into practice. “
Referring to the business plan, he highlighted that the goal is PPC’s market share in RES, from 2% today to close to 20% in 2024.
“That is why we are advancing with important international investment agreements and associations, so that from the queue to renewable energies to become a green energy engine in our country. Our goal is to far exceed the 1 GW power by 2023 through a group of projects with a total power of approximately 6 GW.
