The student and military parade on October 28 will not take place this year, due to the coronavirus, government spokesman Stelios Petsas announced.
As explained by Mr. Petsas, with the Prime Minister’s decision, due to the pandemic, the students and the great military parade in Thessaloniki will not take place. The decision was expected as the pandemic is increasing and social distancing measures could not be observed. It should be noted that on March 25 there were no parades for the coronavirus.
