A SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is a carrier from KAT Hospital, as found after testing. Immediately, the Hospital Hospital Infections Committee was activated and the screening was started according to EODY protocols.
11 staff members of the operating room on the second floor (8 rooms) were quarantined as a precautionary measure, ambulance contacts. Samples of 100 people (personnel of various specialties) were taken. The 8 specific operating rooms will be partially suspended until Thursday, October 8.
Emergencies and emergencies will be attended to in the rest of the Hospital rooms.
The Hospital continues to operate normally from Monday to Friday.
