According to infectious disease specialist Gika Majorkinis, of the 460 new cases of coronavirus, 142 are associated with confluences and 115 of them in a Skydra cannery.
The 207 cases refer to the Attica region when in Thessaloniki we only had 5 new cases.

EODY announced 460 new cases of coronavirus in the country, of which 142 are associated with known outbreaks and 26 were detected after checks at the country’s gates. The total number of cases is 19,346, of which 55.8% are men.
2,991 (15.5%) are considered related to trips from abroad and 7,967 (41.2%) are related to a known case.
85 of our fellow citizens are being treated by intubation. Their average age is 69 years. 26 (30.6%) are women and the rest are men. 88.2% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are 70 years or older. 217 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
Finally, we have 5 more deaths registered and 398 deaths in total in the country. 147 (36.9%) women and the rest men. The mean age of our deceased fellow citizens was 78 years and 96.2% had an underlying disease and / or were 70 years or older.
