The president of the United States, Donald Trump, and his wife Melania were diagnosed with coronavirus, after a test they underwent, as announced on Friday morning (02/10).
Most likely, the US President has been trapped by Hope Hicks, his adviser and close associate, who tested positive for the coronavirus on Thursday (01/10).
Hicks, 31, was aboard the presidential plane when Trump flew to Cleveland, Ohio, on Tuesday (09/29) to attend the first debate in the upcoming US election with Democratic candidate Joe Biden.
He also traveled with the head of state to Minnesota on Wednesday (09/30), where Trump appeared at a campaign rally.

Who is Hope Hicks?
Hope Charlotte Hicks, as her full name is, was born on October 21, 1988 and is an executive public relations consultant and political advisor who serves as a senior advisor to the President of the United States.
Hicks, 31, previously served as the White House’s director of communications from August 2017 to March 2018, having previously held the position of Director of Strategic Communications for the White House.
She started out as an employee of the Trump Organization and later became a press secretary and director of early communications for the Trump presidential campaign in 2016, as well as a national press secretary for the presidential transition team. She was Trump’s longest-serving political aide until she resigned.
In January 2015, Donald Trump selected Hicks, then 26, to fill the role of press secretary for his presidential campaign. Until then, he had never worked in politics or volunteered for a campaign.
Following Trump’s early victories, Hicks was asked to choose to remain in the Trump Organization or work on the campaign full-time. She initially decided to leave the campaign, but Trump convinced her to stay and she remained as press secretary.
Hix resigned from the White House in March 2018, worked for Fox Corporation as director of communications and executive vice president, upon rejoining this March 2020.
