The new cases confirmed by laboratory of the disease are 411, of which 68 are associated with known outbreaks and 26 were identified after controls at the gates of the country. The total number of cases is 18886 (daily variation + 2.2%), of which 56.1% are men. The new deaths of patients with COVID-19 are 2, while since the beginning of the epidemic a total of 393 deaths have been registered. The median age of the patients who died is 78 years. The number of patients treated by intubation is 89 (68.5% men).
Of the total of 18,886 cases, 2,961 (15.7%) are considered related to travel from abroad, 7,755 (41.1%) are related to a known case and the rest are not related to travel or any other known or they are still under investigation.
There were a record number of cases in Attica.
