According to the latest estimates, more than 300 schools are occupied, while 118 additional schools and departments remain closed due to coronavirus cases. Education Minister Niki Kerameos spoke on the topic of squats on Monday morning on ANT1’s “Good Morning Greece.”

The minister noted that schools began operating this year in very difficult conditions due to the coronavirus pandemic. “What we must bear in mind is that the vast majority of members of the educational community are implementing the measures in an exemplary manner.
