Earlier at 9:39 pm on Saturday night a 4.4 magnitude earthquake had shaken the epicenter.

According to information from ethnos.gr, the earthquake was felt in Halkidiki, the Sporades (Alonissos, Skopelos, Skiathos), Lemnos, Ai Stratis, Thassos but also in Drama, Kavala, Xanthi and other areas of northern Greece without so far No damage has been reported.
