The amount of ENFIA will be the same as in 2019, unless the taxpayer’s assets have changed. That is, the average discount of 22% that was voted and implemented in 2019 will also be applied for this year and will scale from 30% for real estate to 70,000 euros, the discount will be 27%. From 70,000 euros to 80,000 euros the discount will be 25%.
From 80,000 euros to 1,000,000 euros the discount will be 20%. From 1,000,000 euros the discount will be 10%.
Families with three or more children and those with a disability of 80% or more based on income and other criteria will enjoy the full exemption from ENFIA.
Tax residents whose main residence is on small remote islands of less than 1,200 inhabitants of the regional units of Ikaria, Lemnos, Samos, Chios, Kalymnos, Karpathos, Rhodes and Kos, as well as in the municipality of Gavdos de the region. and in the municipality of Central Corfu and the Diaponcian Islands of the Corfu regional unit. The exemption applies only to properties located on these islands.
