Tragic moments were recorded in Mouzaki, where family, friends and the entire town gave their last salute to the victim of the deadly bad weather.
The funeral procession of the 41-year-old pharmacist Evdokia – Myrtous Plakias took place in a climate of grief on Friday afternoon at the Holy Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mouzaki.
Tragic figures are Vaios & Fotini’s parents, who cannot realize that they will never see his bud and his big smile again, but also Aris’s brother, who was on a rock every day of agony that Evdokia – Myrto was missing, in order to find her and deliver her to her mother, as he characteristically stated.

Tragic coincidence, the unfortunate pharmacist was located on the day of her vacation.
It was shortly after 12:30 pm on Thursday (24.09) when a police dog participating in the ongoing search for the missing person sounded the alarm. He had seen a human limb sticking out of the mud and debris.

An operation was immediately launched to recover the body and when it turned out that it belonged to a woman, everyone’s mind turned to the only missing person in the area after the catastrophic passage of “Janos”. A short time later, the fears were confirmed: the body found belonged to the 43-year-old pharmacist.
The mobilization in Mouzaki has been enormous for six days, since last Friday night when the unfortunate woman fell into the river from the bridge, while returning home from the pharmacy.
