From now on, the holder of a category B driving license can also drive a motorcycle up to 125 cc without exams or training.
This means that all car drivers can now legally drive motorcycles up to 125cc across the country without the requirement of having a “driver’s license.”
All of these are mentioned in Joint Ministerial Decision A3 / Oik. 56475/6635 adapts Greek legislation to the provisions of Commission Directive 2020/612 / EU, of May 4, 2020, which modifies Directive 2006/126 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on driving licenses and modifies Annex I of pd 51/2012 (101 AD).

Mr. Zografos stated: “Taking into account all the above, the obvious is clear: not only is it necessary for a motorcyclist to be trained, but this training must be specialized in the higher requirements of the vehicle and the road reality.”
