Lina Nikolopoulou-Stournara was acquitted in the case of direct assignment to the eHealth forum by KEELPNO.
The case was republished in 2019, with Ms Stournara, Giannis Stournara’s wife, then speaking of a complete distortion of the truth. The then secretary general of the Ministry of Health, Christina Papanikolaou, was also acquitted.
The Minister of Development and Investments, Adonis Georgiadis, stated in this regard, through his Twitter account:
Recently, the Court unanimously acquitted Ms Lina Nikolopoulou / Stournara of the ridiculous allegations of direct assignment by KEELNO of the eHealth forum. The years of suffering for a true Lady are over. “They saw her chasing her husband and it turned out today.”
The position of Mr. Georgiadis:
The case, which was seen by the 5th Criminal Court of Athens, concerned the eHealth Forum 2014 conference, the organization of which was assigned to Ms Stournara’s communication company MINDWORK.
