The list of deaths from coronavirus in our country is on the rise, since on the afternoon of Monday (09/21) two more people, who were hospitalized in Evangelismos, lost their lives.
They are a 25-year-old from Bangladesh and a 91-year-old. The young foreigner suffered from serious underlying diseases, specifically leukemia, and was being treated in the intensive care unit. Thus, the death toll reached 346.
Recall that previously, EODY announced that the new laboratory confirmed that there are 453 cases of the disease, of which 195 are associated with known outbreaks (184 at the Kara Tepe Lesvos Hospital) and 25 were identified after controls at the gates of the country .
The total number of cases is 15,595 (daily variation + 3.0%), of which 55.8% are men. 2,618 (16.8%) are considered related to travel from abroad and 6,592 (42.3%) are related to a known case.
