The perpetrator was arrested – The injured person was rushed to hospital
Police received an alarm shortly after 19:00 on Monday afternoon, in Nikopoli, Thessaloniki, in front of an OPAP agency, when a man shot a 39-year-old man. In fact, the two men were acquaintances.
According to eyewitnesses who spoke to grtimes.gr, this is an incident between two sponsors of the OPAP agency, who quarreled with each other. It is said that the perpetrator he went looking for a weapon, possibly from his home, which is very close and on his return, he shot the victim at least twice in the leg, and then fled.
EKAB was called immediately and the 39-year-old man was rushed to hospital.
Following the police search for immediate action, the man who shot was immediately arrested, who was transferred to the police station. Pavlou Mela.
