- 25% for real estate value up to 80,000 euros
- 20% for real estate value up to 1,000,000 euros
- 10% for real estate value over 1,000,000 euros

The total taxable family income for the previous year must not exceed 9,000 euros, increased by 1,000 euros for the spouse and each dependent.

The total value of the real estate property determined for the calculation of the additional tax does not exceed the amount of 85,000 euros for singles, 150,000 euros for married people (and their spouse or single-parent family) with a dependent child and 200,000 euros for the married person (spouse and dependent children or single parent family) with two dependent children.
Full exemption from ENFIA
The full exemption from ENFIA is granted to families that have three or more children or include disabled persons at a rate of 80% or more is granted under the following conditions:
The total annual net family income for the previous year has not exceeded 12,000 euros, increased by 1,000 euros for the spouse and each dependent.
The total area of the buildings in which the person obliged to file the income statement, the spouse and the dependent children of their family have total or partial property rights or usufruct does not exceed 150 m2.
In addition, the real estate tax was abolished on 26 remote islands, as announced by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis at the TIF.
