The joint ministerial decision for the implementation of the extraordinary protection measures against the spread of the coronavirus in the Attica region, which are in effect from today, September 21 to October 4, 2020, was published in the Official Government Gazette (Sheet No. 4019).
According to the decision, in all types of workplaces, public and private, the use of a non-medical protective mask is mandatory and a maximum of 9 participants is set in any act or public or social meeting, regardless of whether it takes place in private or public, internal or external. places.
In addition, for Attica the residence of asymptomatic positive cases belonging to vulnerable population groups is decided, p. Eg immigrants, in quarantine hotels.

In case of infringement, penalties are imposed. Individuals who attend or participate in events, as the case may be, are subject to an administrative fine of 150 euros for each offense and companies (and individuals) that organize the events are subject to an administrative fine of 3,000 to 5,000 euros and suspension of 15 calendar days.
Rules of operation of stores of natural interest.
The operation of health stores is prohibited from 12:00 at night until 7:00 am the next day and the maximum number of people allowed in each company seat is 6 people.
The prohibition to operate after 12 p.m. covers the activities of restaurant services and mobile catering units / KAD 56.10, catering / KAD 56.30 and catering for events (KAD 56.21 including these eight-digit numbers, as well as the operation of the property for events (weddings and related) / KAD 93.29.11.03 and organization of recreational events (weddings and related) / KAD 93.29.19.01.
For the specific period of time, only the distribution of products (delivery) and the drive-thru service are allowed, and with the exception of the supply of alcoholic beverages by all the stores that carry out the activities occupied by the KAD of the decision and It is noted that the decision includes and similar activities provided within the tourist accommodation.
In case of infringement, companies are fined from 1,500 euros to 10,000 euros and suspended from 3 to 20 calendar days depending on the infringement and natural persons are fined 150 euros.
Temporary suspension of concerts and operation of winter cinemas and theaters
Concerts in open and closed spaces are suspended, as well as the operation of winter cinemas and theaters.
Companies or individuals that organize concerts or take advantage of winter cinemas and theaters are subject to an administrative fine of 5,000 euros for each violation of this.
Rules of operation of cinemas, theaters and other summer performing arts in open spaces.
The following rules are observed during the operation of summer cinemas and theaters, as well as during the performance of other performing arts in open spaces:
– Staff and spectators, both during arrival and departure and during the projection or performance, are obliged to wear a non-medical protective mask.
– The creation of empty space or empty space for 2 places is ensured, so that the occupation does not exceed 60%.
In case of infringement, the company is fined between 3,000 and 5,000 euros and suspended for 15 calendar days.
In case of infringement by staff, an administrative fine of 150 euros is imposed on the company for each infringement and in case of infringement by viewers, an administrative fine of 150 euros is imposed.
Rules of operation of public markets
The public markets will operate as follows:
Sellers and consumers should wear a non-medical protective mask.
– In each public market of active sellers, according to their license, sellers participate at a rate of 50%, by category of sellers (producers and professionals respectively).
– The operators of the public markets publish a table with the participants, each time, sellers (producers and professionals) in the public markets of their responsibility.
– The minimum distance between the vendors’ counters is set at 3 meters with the space between the space free of objects.
In case of infringement, the prescribed administrative fines and the suspension of the activity of the public market are imposed.
Workplace protection measures

The service of the public in public services is carried out only in urgent cases, by appointment and can be carried out until 4:00 p.m. for all services that end until 3:00 p.m. according to the provisions of general application.
Temporary suspension of the operation of individual private companies
The operation of private companies is suspended in relation to the following activities and provided that live music is offered:
– Bar services provided by a dance center (KAD 56301001).
– Services provided by disco-disco or disco (KAD 56301009).
– Services provided by an entertainment center-cafeteria (KAD 56301010).
– Services provided by a nightclub (KAD 56301011).
Services provided by a nightclub-disco (KAD 56301012) and
– Concert hall services (KAD 90041009).
The suspension of the operation of the aforementioned companies does not imply the execution of works without the presence of the public and for each relevant infraction an administrative fine of 5,000 euros is imposed.
