The program refers to 960 settlements in white areas (see corresponding list below)as 520 settlements are added in the first phase, while there is a plan in accordance with the relevant decision of the Minister of Digital Government to add additional settlements if deemed necessary.

Beneficiaries may submit their application for the selection of the provider of their choice and the receipt of the corresponding subsidy through the Single Digital Portal of the Public Administration (www.gov.gr) or through the KEP.
This process is also designed to be extremely simple. The beneficiaries will only deposit the electricity supply number of their residence and the extraction of all other data will be pumped electronically and without the need for additional actions by citizens. Until now, beneficiaries could only request the KEP to submit their application accompanied by up to seven supporting documents.
Whereas the program to cover white areas with a TV signal extends to a depth of eight years, the bill provides for the corresponding extension of time to 8 years of the guarantee of the necessary equipment.
It should be noted that today the beneficiaries can request Digea or Cosmote to provide the television coverage service. For the entire duration of the program, no financial burden is provided to beneficiaries in the form of assistance.
